Depression

Do you start most of your days with a deep sigh and thoughts like “here we go again”? Nothing motivates you to get out of bed. Maybe you feel like trying to solve the problem is pointless because of how inadequate you feel. The unexplainable tears at random moments leaves you confused. The emotions seems like they are suffocating you and you feel helpless, maybe hopeless. The things that used to help you get out of this funk don’t work anymore or maybe you have no interest in entertaining these activities. You sleep for long hours but just don’t feel restored. The thought of not waking up tomorrow to another day of this pops up in your head and you try hard to shake the thought away.
