Individual Therapy
My goal is to support you on this journey to a well you. We will meet together in my office during a dedicated time for you to focus on your needs, and your goals. In our sessions, we will explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviors that may bring about the desired changes in your life while developing a better understanding of yourself and others. At times, we may explore issues you may not have initially brought to therapy in efforts to support your continued growth and healing.

Virtual Therapy
Virtual therapy, sometimes called teletherapy or telehealth, allows for increased access to care by providing therapeutic services through a virtual platform. This form of therapy may be a good fit for you if you are not able to access my office on a consistent basis or if you are experiencing difficulty locating a therapist in your area. Teletherapy also allows for me to meet with clients anywhere in California. All you’ll need is stable internet connection, a web camera, and a microphone.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and talk therapy combines movement with psychotherapy and allows for you to tap into nature’s healing power. Some clients enjoy the experience of movement while talking or feel more comfortable talking side-by-side, rather than sitting face-to-face in an office.This method of therapy helps to maintain overall mental and physical health, thus, reducing anxiety and depression. We will meet at a public park in San Diego where we will explore some of your challenges while connecting with nature through mindfulness strategies that will help you connect with your wise mind and achieve further breakthrough in your issues.
